This early pilot collects your name, email, organization, message and consent when you request a demonstration. Please do not submit student records through this form.

How requests are used

Requests are stored for the Verto team to review and respond to. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter or book an appointment. Access is restricted to platform administrators.

Pilot accounts

Account sessions use an essential HttpOnly cookie. School access is determined by the membership attached to your account. Student enrollment records and enrollment audit events are stored in the pilot database.

Retention and requests

Retention is reviewed manually by the operator; automated deletion is not implemented. To request access, correction or deletion of contact details, use the contact form with the email address you originally used. The team must verify your identity before handling the request.

School data retention and responsibilities must be agreed with each school before live student data is introduced.
